RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced BRANCH MANAGER (MANUFACTURING/CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) for a national company – position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Civil / Mechanical Engineering qualification.
3 - 5 years proven industry experience of which at least 2 years has been in a supervisory or management capacity.
Strong business acumen.
Experience in the manufacturing / construction industries a strong advantage.
Financial and budgetary targets.
Health and Safety statutory compliance, external audit rating, and maintenance of effective housekeeping and image on site.
Plant efficiency and availability.
Supply efficiency through identification of key processes, variables and targets.
Maximise profitability on approved budgets, working capital targets and input deadlines.
Successful implementation of new projects and achievement of agreed deliverables.
Adhere to all aspects of QMS programme.
Effective leadership, development and direction of human resources.
Establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with key suppliers and customers.
The ideal candidate must have proven leadership and strong customer service skills, linked to a solid base of technical knowledge, plant and materials.
