RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a BRANCH MANAGER for an established retail business located in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Key Performance Areas:-
Develop business plans to meet the agreed sales plan and company budget.
Manage the activities of the branch to ensure that financial and administrative standards
and procedures are met.
Manage and develop associates’ performance.
Manage self to maintain personal effectiveness.
Skills and experience required:-
A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry.
Relevant management experience.
Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Sound understanding of management principles.
Sound working knowledge of all Admin Systems, particularly the Computer System.
Qualification required:-
Relevant tertiary qualification e.g. preferably General Management Diploma.

Salary offered: R350 000-00 – R400 000-00 CTC
