Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Technical qualification (Advantageous)
• Diploma in Marketing
• Workshop/ Parts experience (advantageous)
• Electrical/ Mechanical and Hydraulic experience (advantageous)
• 5 years people management experience
• 3 years capital equipment sales experience
• 3 years product knowledge

Duties include:

• Ensure branch sales targets are met
• Responsible  and accountable for the management and productivity of the Branch
• Ensuring operational and financial administration efficiencies
• Effective Sales, Marketing and New Business Development
• Ensure effective Human Capital Management
• Ensure effective Asset Management
• Oversee the health, Safety and Risk
