We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, positive, mature and highly responsible leader of people. Someone who is a self-starter, motivational, upbeat, serious about customer service delivery, who demonstrates a high level of commercial acumen and exercises sound judgement.
Would ideally suit those with strong management skills from gaming, micro-finance, cargo, CIT, cash management or production environments.
5 -8 years management experience in above stated environments
Valid driver’s licence
Basic financial skills and acumen (Strong numerical ability)
Management certificate / diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience managing, motivating and driving a large production force
Computer literacy particularly MS Office
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Proven track record of adherence to policies, procedures and industry legislation and professional bodies in their field of expertise related thereto
Sound planning and organizational ability
Energetic and capable of working independently
Must be willing to work under pressure
Must be hard working and self motivated
Must be outgoing and not a clock watcher
Strong track record of staff management and motivation
Proven self-starter and motivator
Inherent job requirement: blemish free ITC and crim record / history

The analysis, understanding, management and control of the financial performance of the business unit
Drive customer service and retain existing customers
Understand risk management and that the procedures are strictly adhered to
