Our Pinetown Truck dealership client is looking to employ a very well
experienced Branch Manager (preferably with Diesel Mechanic qualification)

Key Performance Areas: (Not Totally Inclusive)
• Responsible for the performance of the retail workshop including parts
• Responsible for the performance of specified off-site workshops (if applicable)
• Achievement of agreed workshop sale of hours and profit margins as per UPL.
• Achievement of set CSI for service
• Achievement of an efficient operation through establishing and meeting objectives on the workshop’s operating policies and standards
• Management of Company Assets such as tools and equipment, debtors queries and collections and staff
• Achievement of an ongoing increase in new customers and the retention thereof (increase in market share).
• Control of the workshop budget including personnel and overheads
• Achievement of agreed productivity and efficiency.
• Implementation of CLIENT Standards and Procedures in all departments

Minimum qualification and experience needed
• Grade 12 (Matric) and leadership skills
• Preferably a qualified Diesel Mechanic with a thorough knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles with 2 years experience in a
workshop management environment
• A working knowledge of warranty and maintenance contracts will be an added advantage
• Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal relation skills
• Must be computer literate
• Experience in the overhaul of major units (engines, gearboxes and differentials) would be preferable
