Operations

Production

Logistics

Human resources


EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Management Diploma (minimum requirement)

3 year BCom degree (an advantage)


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Sales experience (minimum of 2 years)

Management experience (minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years)

Experience in production environment a definite advantage


CHALLENGES IN THE JOB:

Maximise the efficiency of the production

Sourcing new clients (some cold calling)

Maintain current client relationships

Ensure correct quantities and quality product delivered on time

Planning and appointment of new staff
