MASA (Measured Ability SA) requires the services of a dynamic Branch Manager to head up KZN Branch
Key Objectives
Overall responsibility for the development and growth of the KZN branch
Increase market share of MASA (Measured Ability South Africa)
To consistently grow, generate new business and retention of contracts to ensure the success of the branch
Ensure sales targets, profitability and budgets are achieved
Job Description
Experience and knowledge of the temporary and permanent employment industry
Business development to market the company’s full range of services
Identify sales opportunities and grow market share to increase branch gross profit
Retain and grow exiting client base
Exceptional skill and ability to close sales deals
Support coach and motivate sales team to ensure success and targets are achieved
Train and develop new staff to expand footprint
Ensure client sites operate in accordance with agreed service level agreements
Ability to trouble-shoot through logical analysis
Sound knowledge of labour laws governing South Africa
Investigate disciplinary matters promptly and in accordance with company disciplinary procedure
General administration including financial administration supporting financial manager and payroll
