QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12

Business / retail related tertiary qualification / management diploma from recognised & relevent institution

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
OUTCOME (What must be done to achieve KPA)
1. Develop and implement a branch business plan to meet financial objectives
2. Integrate and manage retail and contract components of branch business plan
1. Manage branch aged, discontinued, obsolete and stock-turns within budgeted parameters
2. Manage branch product ranges and displays within budgeted & branch / regional business plan parameters
3. Participate in regional / branch product selection process
4. Implement, adhere to and manage TAF stock management SOP's and disciplines
5. Maintain branch display and merchandising standards
1. Ensure optimal human resource planning within branch based on the branch business plan
2. Effectively implement and manage the Sales Floor Management process
3. Recruit competent high performing staff for branch
4. Train, develop and mentor branch staff
5. Manage the performance (KPA's) of the Sales Floor Manager
6. Motivate, encourage and support branch staff
7. Develop and faciliate a culture of performance and excellent customer service in branch
1. Implement and ensure compliance to relevant legislation (Labour, H & S, Customer protection) in branch
2. Implement and ensure compliance to all company policies, procedures and regulations in branch
3. Implement and ensure compliance to all company standard operating procedures (SOP's) in branch
4. Maintain housekeeping standards and professional image in branch
1. Perform the role of the SFM when SFM not present
