Matric
Retail Management/Business Diploma advantageous
A minimum of 3 years retail experience in a well established brand
A minimum of 2 years Management/Supervisory experience
Experience managing at least 1 - 10 staff reports
Experience working in a branch with at least R12 – R20m turnover per annum
Proven track record of driving sales
Stock and shrinkage management
Knowledge of Merchandising principles and Space Optimisation
Planning and implementation of promotional activities – store based and national
Industrial Relations and Employee Relations experience
Relevant Operation, Administration and Financial Management
Computer Literacy in MS Office and Intermediate Excel

Ensure optimum trade operating profit is achieved by effectively controlling and managing all store expenses
Recruit, develop and manage direct reports
Bi-annual assessment of staff performance and individual development programmes
