Job Title: Branch/Regional Manager

Reporting Structure:

The incumbent reports directly to the Operations Director.

Education/ Experience Requirements
• 8-10 years’ management experience – preferably in Road Construction/or related environment
• Previous experience at Senior Site Agent/Contracts Manager level
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction management or related
• Knowledge of Bituminous binders
• Manufacturing knowledge advantageous
• Working knowledge of all aspects of business management – includes but not limited to finance, HR, safety, quality, contracts etc.
• Experience in a strategic management role
• Experience within a unionised environment
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office
