Branch / Stock Controller – Cape Town

Manufacturer of commercial equipment – catering industry

General description
• Controlling the product inflow & output – at each of the designated warehouses as well as inter warehouse transfers.
• Monitoring & maintaining stock levels, ensuring quantities that appear in the system are accurate.
• Complete all necessary stock takes. Maintain the warehouse and the allocation of space for stock.
• Forecasting of stock requirements & recommending purchase volumes.
• Overseeing of Service Department
• Assistance to Sales Department.
• Manage & control the Internal Administration and Services – which may include internal record & information systems, security, fleet, maintenance of premises etc.
• Booking vehicles repairs & service appointments – when needed.
• Keeping fleet vehicles’ maintenance, Licenses & Insurance Records – up to date.

Essential Requirements
• Matric + relevant qualifications
• Must have SYSPRO experience
• Min 3 years’ related Warehouse / Stock Control experience
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must be able to work under pressure

Salary: R12k – R18k pm CTC – negotiable with the experience
