Security Company looking for a Branch Supervisor
R13 000 per month
Medical Aid as part of CTC

13th Cheque (at management discretion) payable 50% May & 50% Nov

Minimum 3 year diploma in Business Administration or 3 – 5 years relevant
work experience.
One to three years experience in the security industry.
Experience of building relationships with customers is essential.
Excellent communication skills
PC literacy on MS Word, Excel, database package and any in house package
Strong customer service background and experience
Sound knowledge of the security electronics or equipment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees
Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate and develop branch employees.
Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information in a professional manner
Ability to manage multi-functional tasks in a pressurized environment, prioritize and multitask
Knowledge of Syspro and Optimiza will be an advantage
Reliable transport to travel to and from work will be an advantage
Driver license an advantage as appropriate.
