About the Firm

Magnetic Field Force (MFF) is an in-field trade and management support arm of Kreetiv Communications. The Firm works closely with a multitude of clients in order to carry out specific trade marketing tasks in various geographical regions nationwide. MFF’s operational tasks are streamlined in a way that creates both high agency efficiencies and execution. We are looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic Enterprise Representatives (ER’s) from all Provinces in South Africa.

Basic Requirements

• Sound knowledge of the local trade environment (Emerging/ Main markets, FMCG retail channels/ formal and informal trade sectors.
• Good knowledge of the market, consumer behavior, local culture and community
• Valid driver’s license with own car or willing to travel to stores in the area using public transport.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and at least 2 African languages (geography dependent).
• Excellent sales personality
• Proven track record of working in the FMCG or similar sector.
• Proven track record in meeting targets is mandatory.
• At least 24 years of age
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing position.
• Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification

Remuneration

Remuneration is on a project format. As ERs are not direct employees of MFF, they are also free to undertake other work outside of the scope of the given project. Terms and Conditions apply.
