BRAND AMBASSADOR & FI SPECIALIST – TOP SA LAW FIRM Our high-end client is seeking an impeccable Brand Ambassador to join its International team. Key performance areas: · Representing and promoting the Brand at all times and in all client and team interactions· Constantly improving and finding ways to enhance the front office experience for clients and ameliorating business processes across the firm including but not limited to, ordering processes, IT and Marketing standard operating procedures, control systems· Organizing and maintaining the front office· Hosting and serving clients during consultations and at various marketing events/functions· Being willing to assist and making plans to be available when required by clients and the team for special bookings (including working overtime when necessary)· Developing professional trust business relationships including building a proactive knowledge of clients profiles such as dietary requirements and preferences however, and at the same time, ensuring that client interactions never become familiar or personal of nature· Problem solving and proactively organizing and setting up Video Conference calls, AV equipment such as poly-coms, data projectors, pointers · Problem solving IT support queries and assisting with IT setups and processes relating to WIFI, imaging computers, patching, MS office, backups, settings, printing, scanning, web related applications· Financial administration relating to areas of responsibility such as input into and compilation of budgets, reconciling expenses / costs (actual vs budget), cost reporting and allocation of invoices to appropriate GL codes, compiling the necessary journals entries/staff reimbursements for processing· Travel co-ordination and assistance with obtaining schedules and managing travel arrangements on the ground The following competencies:· Higher school certificate or equivalent· A tertiary qualification (4 year post schooling preferably at a reputable university)· Ability and willingness to travel for purposes of training and involvement in firm-related tasks across Africa, given appropriate notice· Excellent personal presentation, interpersonal skills and a can-do/problem solving attitude· Good communication skills in the English language (writing, reading and verbal articulation abilities) with French conversational skills an advantage· Proven experience in client care and building long term client relationships· Experience and willingness to work hands-on and operationally focused (rather than delegate task to others – working with lower levels of staff and lead by example)· Willingness to host clients at various functions/events including those that take place on weekends and after-hours· A background / exposure to fine dining and understanding of restaurant etiquette· Experience working in a team and in a pressurized "stop-start" deadline-driven environment with constant change and re-prioritizing of key tasks· Sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office Salary Offered: R30 – 40k Dependent upon experienceHours: 07:00 – 18:00 Monday - Friday TO APPLY PLEASE SEND YOUR CV + PROFILE PICTUREREGRET ONLY SHORT-LISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
