The Brand Ambassador will assume the responsibility for communicating the current BlackBerry training message to the designated stores on behalf of BlackBerry. The Brand Ambassador will building strong relationship with all of those outlets that they call on to ensure that they have the correct and necessary information in order to actively sell the BlackBerry proposition. Brand ambassadors will be directly responsible for increasing sell through of BlackBerry devices within relevant channels.

The duties and responsibilities of the BlackBerry Brand Ambassador:

• Assess product knowledge in store and deal effectively with any queries that may arise
• Place / update any relevant POS material when requested by Account Manager.
• Obtain relevant competitor information and include information within weekly report.
• Seek added value in all tasks that are carried out.
• Keep informed of all market trends (outside of the work carried out by the team) and use such information to support business decisions.
• Assist in coaching other members of the team as and when applicable.
• Actively drive sales &increasing sell through of BlackBerry devices within allocated stores.
Monthly sales target of a minimum of 20 BlackBerry devices within a calendar month.
• Communicating & building strong rapport/relationships within designated stores.
• Provide the necessary basic training to the in store consultants, on the current BlackBerry handset focus on behalf of BLACKBERRY with tools
provided by BlackBerry or escalate to Field Marketing team.
• Reporting back any issues in the field to their direct line manager, which needs to be included in the weekly report.
• Complete the relevant excel sheet on a daily basis with store details, stock on hand figures, daily sales and giveaway stock and submit to the
Account Manager by no later than 6pm on a Sunday evening containing that week’s information from Monday to Sunday.
• Ensure that the Activation Verification sheet is completed on arrival and departure and signed by the Manager or relevant person in charge.
This sheet must also be send to the Account Manager by no later than 6pm every Sunday.
• As and when required to assist with technical support at the relevant BlackBerry Kiosk support locations.
• To report at least 15 minutes prior to start of shift to the store/location where he/she will be working.
