Brand Ambassador / Product Promoter
Nationally based ICT Field Marketing specialist is looking for dynamic individuals who are looking for an opportunity to advance themselves in the Sales & Marketing field and are willing to learn and be able to propel their careers in this industry much faster. We drive sales for our clients through sales, promotions and raising brand awareness in face to face engagements with the consumer.
The Brand Ambassador will be primarily responsible for the following deliverables in-store:
• Product sell out
• Customer engagement to maximise product / brand awareness
• Daily reporting on sales activities
• Up-selling and cross-selling
• Promo area management – POS elements, etc.
• Stock monitoring and reporting
Description Duties (will include but not limited to):
• Daily reporting on stock availability, in store activities and sales engagements
• Report on shelf availability and visibility in stores
• Competitor knowledge and understanding (pricing, promotions and new launches)
• Promote the benefits of the product to customers
• Be a brand ambassador in terms of communicating the brand personality and attitude in all environments and being passionate about the products
• Be proficient and effective on the retail sales floor in order to engage customers exposed to the brand's product for the first time or develop their brand loyalty further.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of brands.
• Ensure all training sessions that have been arranged are attended
Profile Requirements:
• Active lifestyle and authentic passion for the sales and marketing industry
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills - ability to take in information for feedback purposes, present and articulate ideas
• Strong ‘customer first’ service focus and flexible in approach
• Affinity to technology
• Must be available to start immediately
Position Information
• Fixed Term Contract
• +/- R 7000.00 p.m. gross remuneration
• Data allowance
• Positions available in Gauteng, Western Cape, KZN and Eastern Cape (PE / East London)
