A national and growing supply company is looking to add a professional, driven Brand Co-ordinator to their great team. You will be working with the sales and marketing team and be reporting directly to the Brand Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor of Science Degree
• Sales experience in the medical industry would be advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence
• Willing to occasionally travel in both South Africa and to Africa
• Someone who will go the extra mile and be proactive
• An excellent communicator – someone that will communicate well with other departments (Procurement, Marketing, Warehouse, Sales, Finance)

DUTIES:
• Assist the sales team with tender specifications, preparation of quotations and recommendations
• Provide sales team with selling points of products and application-specific technical specifications
• Liaise with the sales team in preparing training lectures for customers and/or sales representatives on primary products and technology
• Communicate competitor market related information to sales team
• Provide marketing with technical content for the website, catalogue and newsletter , advertisements and editorials on request
• Assist the marketing department with the planning and implementation of, and follow-up on, brand-specific campaigns
• Keep up-to-date with new developments from suppliers and communicate this to the marketing department
• Corresponding with suppliers on technical issues and liaise with them when required to assist with challenging repairs and programming
• Provide dedicated installation and training courses to customers, as required.
• Prepare costings, review indents and make recommendations prior to final order placement with suppliers
• Assist the Warehouse staff with pre-delivery checks on an ad-hoc basis
