POSITION : BRAND MANAGER - BUSABOUT
LOCATION : ROSEBANK, JOHANNESBURG
REPORTING TO : TTC, MANAGING DIRECTOR

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has gained the necessary competencies through experience, a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Brand Management is required;
? A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management is required, and
? Preference will be given to candidates with sales and travel industry experience.

PRIMARY KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS
? Responsible for the running of the Busabout brand as well as growth in passenger sales;
? Co-ordinate and participate in training strategies to increase brand awareness;
? Create a marketing plan with spend and SWOT analysis;
? Oversee the advertising and promotion of all Busabout products;
? Conduct market research; know your target market and do competitor analysis;
? Effective communication on updates to consortium partners, travel trade and in-house;
? Monitor and ensure optimum process efficiency in the brand;
? Build relationships with customers;
