Qualifications and Experience:

1. Relevant Marketing Degree or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in product/commercial management, and project management
3. Experience in implementing Digital marketing/Brand Management campaigns against pre-defined targets

Key Responsibilities;

Brand Planning;
1. Develop integrated brand plans, aligned to portfolio programmes, marketing strategy, based on credit target -market insights.

Campaign Development:
Take ownership of implementing of the identified marketing and branding acquisition or retention campaigns for given portfolio, effective campaign delivering within specified budget to achieve business revenue growth targets.

1. Develop of all briefs for identified branding, advertising and promotional campaigns
2. Manage the process to get signed off on all briefs and creative executions
3. Effectively all use of all marketing, branding platforms and identify new channels for efficient campaign implementation to achieve marketing objectives.
4. Compile, review and report on post campaign analysis for all activities implemented with insights and learnings communicated

Budget Management:

1. Assist with development and management of the annual marketing budget
2. Manage the everyday tasks in relation to the budget in terms of capturing invoice details, quote comparisons,
3. Report to Senior Brand Manager monthly on potential over spend/ or under spend portflio
4. Develop annually and quarterly phasing of budgeted brand/marketing spend

Relationship Building:

1. Build and harness relationships with internal customers, external customers and service providers to efficiently and effectively deliver campaigns and achieve strategic business targets.
2. Work closely with marketing and product teams internally to align on activity.
3. Capture branding meeting minutes, clearly showing action items and distribute internally and externally

Other:
1. Assist Senior Brand Manager/ or other managers on other marketing and/or other administration tasks
