BRAND MANAGER - MENLYN- HOPSITALITY GROUP

ESSENTIAL:
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in relevant field e.g. marketing, brand development, and communication Experience in social media is essential
3 to 5 years’ experience in the safari industry or working in camp would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To assist in determining an appropriate Brand strategy for the Brand.
? The execution of the Brand Strategy in the determined market segments and locations.
? This will include but not limited to identified online platforms.
? The generation and drafting of media communications in line with the Company Brand strategy.
? The management and growth of the Brand presence and the communication of the brand plans internally.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers’ insights
• Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
• Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Drafting and preparation of Quarterly news letter
• Writing and gathering of material for Blog
• Management of the website
• Management and updating of the social media platforms.
• Management and updating of the Photo library and video content
• Management and control of all Advertising spend and material.
• Management and interaction with Tripadvisor..
• Management of brand on search engines –SEO’s
• Management of CSI program
