Purpose of the role:
Maintain relationships with Senior Management and provide link between allocated Business Unit/ Senior Management and Communications department and creative’s. Manage and co-ordinate assigned brand work. Create and manage strategic communications for allocated brands. Manage allocated brand budget.

Key performance areas:
• Manage allocated brand portfolio including internal and external brand communication
• Develop, implement and manage communications plans and budget for each brand
• Sourcing and submission of budget and critical paths
• Issuing briefs, managing 3rd party suppliers
• Pro-actively sourcing and presenting opportunities
• Presenting ROI and forecasting
• Relationship management with Senior Management and 3rd party suppliers
• Relationship management on a brand level: internal and external target markets where relevant
• Quality control

Qualification:
Min 3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Brand Management or similar

Experience:
1. Min 3-4 years marketing/ PR/ advertising account executive experience with brand management in an agency/ similar environment
2. Previous Telecommunication and/ or E-commerce experience advantageous
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Digital Marketing experience

Special skills:
• Defining campaign and communications scope for short, medium, long-term and ongoing projects
• Planning campaign roll-out including critical path and deadline scheduling
• Budget co-ordination and control
• Planning and managing campaigns from start to finish
• Managing the daily running of brands and correspondence with Senior Management
• Proactive approach to portfolio
• Idea generation and creative thinking
• Proactive approach to relationship management and new opportunities
• Liaising with team members and Senior Management
• Briefing, liaising with and managing 3rd party suppliers
• Managing expectations and resolving challenges around delivery and deadlines
• Preparation for weekly meetings and portfolio status
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, product launches and new opportunities;
• Monitoring campaigns and providing detailed reporting
• Solution finding and problem solving
• Manage the overall quality of the campaigns in line with Communications Department standards and company policy and procedure
• Manage time accurately and responsibly
