Brand Manager
FMCG Company is urgently looking for a Brand Manager with 5 years plus experience with FMCG the industry.
The person will be responsible for
The successful incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others and not limited to):
Recommend, implement and measure marketing plans for the Category in the South African market.
Assist with development of mid-term strategies and brand plans consistent with Company volume/profit goals and brand equity development targets.
Assist with development of effective Innovation plans and implement in line with profit, volume and brand equity targets.
Excellence in execution to drive results imperative.
Support achievement of Company budget/PMT volume and financial goals.
Interact with Sales, Trade Marketing & Key Accounts to assist in developing successful point of buying strategies in line with brand equity & shopper insights
Implement and evaluate activities (strategic & tactical).
Monitor performance against plan.
Develop mid-term strategies and marketing plans consistent with Company volume/profit goals and brand equity development targets.
Impact positive change through marketing thought and execution leadership.
Assist in development and implementation of marketing best practice in process and in execution.
