Job Description:

Produce and monitor the implementation of annual tactical brand plans, ensuring that stated objectives are met on schedule and within approved budgets
Develop launch plan for new brans and coordinate operational plan.
Develop and maintain contact with sales people and key customers through regular field contact.
Use sales databases to produce business analysis.
Monitor and report monthly budget to Sales & Marketing Manager and maintain full accountability for the correct and effective management of all budgets associated with your products.
Ensure adherence and creation, maintenance and regular updates of all SOP’s relating to marketing activities, such as events, exhibitions, congresses, promotional meetings, CME meeting etc.
Participate in the organization of Sales & Marketing meetings

Qualifications:

At least four (2) years’ experience in marketing
A relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized institution
FMCG or retail background preferred
Social media management skills would be an asset
Ability to work in a high performing company and under pressure
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Good people management skills
Good relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and third parties
Good planning, organizing and co-ordination skills
Must resonate and be able to live our core company values of Agility, Ambition, Accountability and Trust
Good event planning skills
Understanding of budgets and targets
Must be a go-getter who is able to add significant innovation to the department
