Requirements:

BSc or BPharm/Medical related Degree
5+ years’ experience in similar role beneficial (Brand/Product Manager within Pharma/Medical)
At-least 3 - 5 years’ experience as medical/pharmaceutical retail sales representative
Sound knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry
Strong personality with the ability to work under pressure
Valid drivers Licence and Own Vehicle
Passionate and resilient with the ability to execute in difficult business and economics realities.
Ingenious (an innovative yet objective thinker)
Ability to communicate with different personalities
Strong planning skills (sales and marketing plans)
This role will be office based but does involve some travelling
Entrepreneurial attitude
Good financial understanding
Ability to analyse market data
