Brand Product Manager Womens Health - Johannesburg
A leading Multinational Pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a Product /Brand Manager (Women’s Health - Estrogen). The position will involve management of the full spectrum of products in the specified disease entity and providing support to the Sales Force responsible for promoting these products.
A Science or Commerce tertiary qualification.
A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in Healthcare industry.
A minimum of 3 years brand management/ managerial experience in the Healthcare industry.
Previous product launch and Estrogen experience will be an advantage.
A marketing qualification will serve as an advantage
Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office programmes is a necessity (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
Good interaction and communication skills are essential, as this person will be liaising with cross-functional teams at different levels (internal: sales, medical, regulatory, business planning & development and KOLs).
Strong problem solving and process management skills.
Capacity to process and assimilate complex data, staying up to date with new clinical developments and facilitate horizontal / vertical knowledge transfer within the team
Key Performance Outputs :
Expenditure control management.
Internal process compliance and management.
Provide input to Area Commercial Team (where required).
Ability to contribute to the development of strategic direction for the products.
Ability to develop creative solutions for the implementation of brand strategies.
Intimate knowledge of the sales process and core marketing principles.
