Restaurant in Bryanston is looking for a Manager to manage their Breakfast service. Applicants must have management experience in Buffet and A la carte breakfast service. Knowledge of menu planing/costing essential. Must be able to manage staff and all stock related to the breakfast service. Young applicant with a formal qualification preferred. Applicants must also have very strong customer relations skills. Working hours will be 6am to 3pm. Salary is R 9000 - 13000 depending on experience.
