Brewery Shift Leader

The successful candidate has good communication, observation and analytical skills with the ability to accurately follow and give instructions and work in a group. A passion for the brewing industry will be highly esteemed. Previous experience (3 to 5 years) in a brewery or related environment is a pre requisite for the position while mechanical and electrical knowledge will be to the candidates’ advantage. Flexibility to work shifts and own transport is further pre requisites for the position.

Some of the key requirements of the position include:
- Experience in bottling, labelling and packaging;
- Experience in planning & organising of staff and resources;
- Willingness to work unusually early and/or late hours;
