Broadband Technical Support Representatives
We are seeking experienced Technical Support Representatives with Broadband experience to join our client, an Established BPO.

The Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure exceptional client service and excellent technical support to clients.
Main Duties:
Assisting clients with queries regarding their broadband within given SLA’s
Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 6 months experience as a Technical Support Representative within the broadband space
Ability to work shifts (6am – 8 pm), Weekends and Public Holidays
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY
Salary on Offer:
R7,200 per month – excluding medical aid and shift and weekend and public holiday allowances
