Requirements:

A related post-matric qualification (or actively working towards one). A degree, CFP or similar
qualification will be an added advantage
At least 3 years related financial services experience
Knowledge of insurance, investment, risk or health management related products
A valid driver's license, own transport, smartphone and laptop
A willingness to travel
A clear ITC record


Role:

Assist intermediaries with ideas and workable plans to grow their businesses – in the process gaining
their commitment to support the Company offering
Build lasting relationships with intermediaries - investing time in addressing their concerns and
clarifying mutual expectations
Keep intermediaries and their teams in the loop with training support and collateral ensuring a
thorough understanding of all company products, client solutions and operational requirements
Involve respective Company product specialists and support intermediaries on a
legal/technical-level within your area of expertise
Grow your intermediary panel (of brokers and financial advisers) – vesting and establishing them,
continuously increasing their productivity. The existing panel already includes 10 planners
Drive and monitor performance against set intermediary production targets
Pro-actively expand your internal and external network to grow business and give direction to your
intermediaries
Continuously develop and upskill yourself via relevant learning platforms; also ensuring you comply
with all accreditation and regulatory role requirements
