Our long established Residential and Commercial/Retail Development client requires a dynamic, results orientated broker who has a minimum of 3 year’s previous experience within this field.

Relevant qualification
3 years commercial/residential leasing experience
Negotiation skills
Superior problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Innovative team player
Strong Administration skills

Must have worked in Commercial/Residentiall Leasing
Must have 3 year’s experience in relation to drafting and negotiating leases
Liaising with all relevant parties including respective landlords
Drafting and understanding a wide variety of leases including disclosure agreements
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Facilitating and managing maintenance and repairs
Building warrants of fitness
Negotiating and dealing with landlords and Councils (municipalities)
Authorisation for payments of rates and operating expenses,
Authorization of quotes for repairs
All property related queries
Ad hoc related projects / requirements
Must live within 20kms of Bryanston at time of application
