Position: Broker Sales Consultant

Duties:
-Conduct outbound calls in order to market products
-Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
-Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince client’s to accept product
-Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
-Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets
-Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
-Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
-Attention to detail
-Maintain and develop professional selling skills
EDUCATION
-Grade 12 /Matric
-FAIS Compliant- Minimum 60 Credits
-RE1 Certification (dependent on date of 1st registration)
-Reliable or own transport
-Must have a proven track record with outbound telesales
-Background in the Motor trade would be preferable
-Minimum 1– 3 years successful experience in a telesales environment with an insurance/financial services environment.
-Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an outbound call centre environment
-Excellent telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate with enthusiasm and drive.
- Good command of the English language.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM knowledge/experience.
