Our client in Cape Town is looking for a Broking Manager (in the Transport Industry) to join their team:

Requirements:
- Grade 12 and post matric qualification, preferably in marketing or transport
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the transport industry
- Computer literate in MS Office and ERP Systems
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel nationally and to neighbouring countries
- Actively contribute new ideas to improve service levels and operations

Responsibilities:
- Financial control and profitability control
- Securing a client and contractor list and regular interacting with these parties
- Regular follow up with existing clients
- Creating a prospective client and sub-contractors base
- Secure long term client and contractors relationships
