Established company in the residential building industry is looking for an experienced Construction Manager. Role will be total site management from beginning to hand off.

Minimum Requirements:
BSc Degree - Construction Management (preferably), Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial etc.
Minimum 5 - 8 years residential site management experience
Must have dealt directly with site personnel and NOT subcontractors
Management of minimum 70+ staff per site
Must be willing to travel between sites in Gauteng - Pretoria and Johannesburg

Salary:
R 50 000 - R 90 000 pm ctc (negotiable on experience)
