Purpose of the role
To be responsible for the entire business unit functions and performance. Therefore all activities that result in net profit after tax versus the agreed prescribed budget. Ensure all strategic objectives are met annually

Experience
• 10 years senior management experience
• FAIS and RE Examinations
• Pastel ,Excel ,PowerPoint, Word experience
Key performance Areas
• Brand KPI’s
• Monthly performance versus budgets
• Manage relationships with networks and or service providers
• Manage relationship with call centres
• Data management for call
• Quality management
• Stock management
• Ensuring the brand is well entrenched in the distribution
Marketing department
• Manage and maximise marketing budget with internal marketing department
• Develop marketing strategy and implementation thereof via implementations plan
• Build brand in all areas including communications
Dispatch department
• Manage daily performance using existing admin measurement tools
• Manage Courier performance and RTS management
• Authorise decisions when problem arises…replace phone, re-issue SIM etc
General
• Reports to Telco Executive
• Full accountability for business units
• Role requires a complete understanding of the business and implications that results from decisions made
• Understand the industry and the effects on the business
• Understanding agreements between CCS / COMT IT and (Networks) including financial implications and funding requirements
• Ensure monthly commitments to all stakeholders are met
• Perform any other related duties as requested by the CEO
