Qualification:

BSc or BEng Civil Engineering

Registered professional engineer PREng required non-negotiable

Experienced in local and regional business development

Strong background in technical building design

Management of employee’s career development and growth

Managerial of the design teams projects and overseeing successful delivery of projects

Achieving commercial targets, Revenue, Profit and Working Capital

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the business

Willingness to travel on business

Liaise closely with teams across the global offices

Dynamic, good interpersonal and management skills

Flexible and organized

Minimum 15 years’ experience
