Our client a leading property management company is looking to appoint a Building Superintendent from a strong facilities management background.

Requirements:\
• Technical / mechanical qualification at N4 level or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Approximately 3 - 5 years relevant experience
Responsibilities:
• To oversee activities of service- and maintenance contractors and staff
• Execution of building related activities as predetermined by Operations and Client.
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with tenants and service contractors
• Assist Operations Manager to co-ordinate repairs, revamps and tenant installations
• Carry out inspections and general building maintenance.
• Budgeting & Expense control
• People Management (internal & External)
Skills required:
• Technical and mechanical; basic building maintenance; plumbing and electrical.
• PC literacy - working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
