Building Supply Yard Manager – Paarl

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
-Manage Health & Safety
-Ensure stock control levels are maintained.
-Maintaining discipline & control & following systems
-Planning Logistics – assisting control & co-ordination of trucks & drivers for daily deliveries & collections.
-Co-ordinate the stacking and sorting the yard stock holding
-Stock count

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
-GRADE 12/MATRIC
-Experience in the construction industry
-Experience in stock layout & efficiencies
-Management experience in running an operational yard
-Good communication skills and must be able to read and write in English
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Drivers licence/ own transport (MUST)
-Computer Literate – MS Windows
-Ability to work under pressure, must be a team player

SALARY: R12 000 – R15 000 dep on exp.
