Job Description Key Responsibility Areas:
Supervise the Team
Tracking Vehicles from origin to destination
Handling and following up on Customer queries
Handling and following up on Vehicle Alerts
Routing and de-routing of vehicles
Manage all National Call center activities after hours (22h00 to 06h00)
Log faulty units with call centre
Job Requirements Educational Requirements & experience needed:
Matric
Computer literate (Word, Excel and outlook)
Experience in Call Centre environment advantageous
Core Technical Competencies:
Essentials
Advantageous
Knowledge of South African Geography
Good communicational skills required
Good Telephone etiquette
Experience in a satellite vehicle monitoring
Trained/Experience in PowerTrack Professional/Lite, Vigil and Logidesk
