Act as the liaison between the operations/administration area and the development team in order to facilitate the ongoing development of the administration systems to assist with day to day operations.
Responsible for conducting workshops to elicit the complete business requirement from the relevant operations/administration stakeholders.
Convert the business requirement into a functional requirement specification with test plans that the development team can use to create a working solution on the administration systems.
Methodical investigation, analysis and documentation of the sub-function in terms of the business processes and the information they use.
Improving any aspect of the processes and system.

• Business Analyst diploma with work experience
• Qualification in Project Management desirable
• Relevant Degree desirable
• BPMN experience

• 4+ years System business analysis experience
• Financial industry experience
• Administration experience
• Enterprise Architect Tools
• Visio
• Microsoft Windows
