`SME Development Specialist

Our clients are into financial services and they are looking for a business Advisor for a 3-4 month contract.
Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in Business Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
Requirements
? Code 08 or 10 drivers licence with own transport South African Identity Document
? Fluent English speaking and writing a local language
? Traceable references – up to three employment references
? Three years’ work experience in a similar role
? Experience running their own business

Duties
• Provide guidance to small businesses
• Conduct a needs assessment of SMEs and Business Service Providers
• Develop training programs for the business owners and their staff
• Stakeholder engagement and management
• Reporting
• Identify possible markets for the small businesses and facilitate linkages
• Analyze market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies and plans
• Work with small businesses to identify opportunities for growth
