Business Analyst (CRM) customer service / care / interaction / Call centre with Social Media Interaction plus ERP/SAP. Shared Service centres beneficial. Systems / IS qual  + BA FTI + modelling tools (ARIS) + Process re-engineering.

Role:
To ensure that efficient and cost effective business solutions and processes are in place to address business needs. The role facilitates effective competitive business processes by eliciting, analysing, validating and documenting business organisational and/or operational requirements. The role acts as a bridge between the business unit, organisational stakeholders and the solution team.

You Need:
  • Relevant Systems / IS Tertiary or equal
  • Business Analysis FTI
  • Proven Business analysis exp
  • Good Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer service / care /interaction centres or Call centre (incl Social Media customer interaction). (Shared Service centres beneficial)
  • Strong analytical & project experience
  • ERP / SAP
  • Business Modelling tools (ARIS)
  • Process re-engineering & improvement
  • In-depth Customer Service methodologies & best practises.
  • Excellent telephony and CRM technologies & understanding of social environments.
