JOB SUMMARY
? To monitor and evaluate the operational performance of contracted service providers
? To implement and maintain the Scheme’s data management environment
? To manage operational projects
? To develop and produce scheduled reports
? To coordinate operational interventions
? Develop and produce scheduled reports

REQUIREMENTS
? Relevant financial degree or equivalent
? Proficient in MS Office
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Good project management and organisational skills
? Knowledge of the South African medical scheme industry
? Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle and be willing to travel at short notice
? Minimum of three years experience in financial operations or business analysis environment
? The ability to actively maintain executive relationships with service providers and the industry
? Analytical and logical
? Self-starter who is able to work independently
