DVT is looking for a full time permanent Intermediate business analyst to join our vibrant consulting team. Our services extend from custom software development to business software solutions consulting, software quality assurance, enterprise mobility solutions, business intelligence solutions; Agile training and consulting as well as packaged product based solutions.

Candidates would need to demonstrate the following:

• Business Analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Understand the business need, and through a structured process document, validate and translate into functional specifications
• Act as interface between the business and software development team to ensure that the business requirements are delivered in the implemented solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, and recommend innovative solutions to business problems.
• Participate in the planning and prioritization of new features and system enhancements with business stakeholders.
• Performs profitability studies and impact assessments on business processes
• Conduct and co-ordinate systematic Integration and User-Acceptance Testing
• Provide training to business users as and when required
• Create and or update training and process documentation
• Analyse and decompose relevant business processes

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3 - 5 years Business Analysis experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• An accredited BA qualification (FTI Certificate or Diploma) is advantageous
• Ability to work well in diverse teams
• Good verbal and communication skills
