Our client, a successful Enterprise Messaging Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team.

Skills & Experience

• Preferably a Business Degree
• Good reading, writing & communication skills
• Ability to communicate with senior executives comfortably
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Good business and technical analytic skills (although business analysis skills are more important)
• 2-3 years of working experience as a BA in a corporate environment be it financial services or other
• Pre-knowledge on mobile and digital technology would be useful

Duties:
• Perform mobile engagement assignments with our corporate customers following the client’s methodology in Cape Town & JHB.
• This implies interviewing senior staff, taking meeting minutes, compiling findings reports, presenting findings to senior staff.
• As BA the job also includes assisting the development and delivery of resulting mobile technology projects as a customer interface and project manager.
