Job Description
The business analyst is responsible for ensuring that the projects are correctly defined in the initial phase, helping to ensure that the business is best placed to deliver on its promises of exceeding customer expectations and its long term aim of becoming the best implementer of warehouse based software solutions in the world.
Additionally, the business analyst role involves ensuring that the final implementation meets the defined solution as well as ensuring that all project documentation is delivered on time and to the highest possible level of quality.

Job skills and experience required:
Minimum 5 years previous experience in a business Analyst role
Relevant Degree/Diploma required
All documentation for a project is provided in a timely manner, within budget and to the defined quality level Demonstration of exceptional warehousing and product knowledge to so that our clients can see that we are capable of delivering them with the very best possible solution
Successful testing of projects with our clients and smooth transitions of projects to the aftermarket department
Ability to translate business requirements accurately into all levels of project documentation
Learn new skills through research
Solve problems on your own
Work well within a Team
Management of all internal and user testing assignments
Transition of projects into the aftermarket department
Project assignment reports
Project documentation sets are complete and are an accurate reflection of client needs
Search online for solutions to problems
Learn to handle issues alone
Be able to mix well with others in a work environment
User testing is performed successfully and to the client's satisfaction, due to the stringent internal controls used during internal testing
Aftermarket team fully aware and trained in new projects prior to systems going live
Reporting on task progress and risks to manager
