Business Analyst (Senior)
Salary: R50k – R60k p/m, CTC incl. Benefits

An authorised financial service provider with international platform seeks a Business Analyst (Senior) who is very technical orientated to lead, coach and assist the Business Analyst team in the designated area to ensure high quality outputs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with development/delivery/account managers to understand the customer stakeholder, strategy, objectives, problems & opportunities
• Develop current and to-be business capability maps and transition plans/roadmaps where applicable
• Understand the systems landscape
• Participate heavily in BRD reviews and ensure a high quality of incoming requirements
• Assist development/delivery/account managers to set project scope and approach
• Liaise with solution architect during initial project stages to conceptualise and shape solution and how it will work in context of the organization
• Work closely with product owners to ensure the business need is well understood by the project team and that solution aligns with business objectives
• Guide, coach and assist the BA’s during the project to ensure solution stays aligned with business needs
• Maintain the set of business architecture outputs for that country within the framework of the global business architecture

Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: BComm Informatics/BSc Computer Science or Informatics
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BA (business and system requirements)
• Beneficial: Togaf certified, CBAP

• Generate Functional Requirement Documentation
• Non-Functional Requirement Documentation
• Generate Business Requirement Specifications
• Technical/Systems Requirement Specifications
• Experience drawing a state diagrams
• Experience drawing a use cases diagrams
• Experience drawing a class diagrams
