Support the delivery of an integrated Business Analysis service
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Gathering of User and Business Requirements in a Telcoms OSS environment
- Document and present the system workflows, as is behaviour of systems, people and processes
- Collating requirements to detailed level that can be used as a clear specification by the System Integrator (SI)
- Problem solving and diagnostic work
- Work closely with the existing BA team in both Midrand and Bellville
- Forming an integral part of the systems development lifecycle
- Involvement in functional design sessions with SI development teams
- Taking responsibility during the development life cycle to resolve any business related issues for requirements
- Taking ownership to ensure new requirements and features are defined successfully
- Consistently deliver high quality service to our clients
- Meeting customer expectations
- Relevant tertiary degree
- Business Analysis courses and/or Business Analysis Certification (HIGHLY beneficial)
- 3 – 6 years relevant work experience
- 2 - 3 years networking experience
- Business and/or systems analysis experience
- Problem solving and diagnostic acumen
- Understanding of telecoms particularly in the OSS area
- Being able to work in a project/team environment
- Good communication skills
- Confidence & Client Facing Skills
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure
