Are you an assertive, logical thinker and self-driven Business Analyst with the ability to interface with corporate customers? Do you have excellent communication and people skills? If so, you would be suitable for a position at one of the leading providers of Wireless Internet Connectivity, based in Johannesburg. Requirements: Minimum 5-years experience in a related industry or with a related technology Business modelling (e.g. UML) experience essential Business presentations experience essential Duties: To extract, articulate and document business and operational needs as required by customers and internal departments To ensure that the business/operational needs are understood by the development department/suppliers To support the pre-sales process by assisting sales staff where appropriate To train business users to use new system/ processes
