Participation in development projects: Investigating and documenting business requirements.

Testing system changes.End user training and documentation

Second level support for enterprise applications. Business requirements: Business and project plan. Functional requirements: data models, technical specification, reports etc. Flow charts. Business case, strategic plan containing shareholders risk and return.

REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification. Customer focused attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving and analysis ability. Experience in a similar role is required.
