Detailed Channel and Category Data Analysis

Development of suitable business ‘control’ mechanisms

Reporting against key measurable and value-added analysis

‘Business Partnering’ with Category, Channel and Ops as well as Sales Executive

Analysing the Trade Environment

Identifying and accessing sources of information on the future trade environment

Analysing the Competitive Environment

Building an information network to monitor competitor activities
